Request account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Field Magic account and associated personal data without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Submit your request

Email info@magichomerestoration.com with the subject Field Magic account deletion request. Include the email address used for your Field Magic account, your name and your company. State whether you want your account deleted, particular personal data deleted, or both. Do not send your password or verification codes.

What happens next

We verify your identity and company relationship before processing the request. The response will describe the account information and associated personal data to be deleted, any company records that must be retained, and the reason for retention. Company-owned job documentation may be retained for business, insurance, accounting, legal or security needs. Copies independently held by Albi, QuickBooks or recipients of shared reports must be addressed with the relevant company or service.

Deleting your account and uninstalling the app are separate actions. Uninstalling does not delete cloud records. For questions, call +1 631-832-7026 or read the Privacy Policy.
